DELIVERY AND SHOPPING POLICY

FOR ALL PRODUCTS:

• All the shipping would be done by a third party
• We deliver our products only in United Arab Emirates
• Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 3 – 4 working days
• Delivery charges would be standard charges as mentioned at the check-out point and would be on the purchaser. In certain promotional periods, the delivery of products could be Free of charge.
• In some cases, the shipment may result in multiple deliveries

REFUND, RETURN, & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund/Return is not accepted unless product is damage or wrong item is shipped during the order process. Kindly send an image of the damaged product and email it to [email protected] or [email protected] within 7 days.

Exchange is not accepted unless products is damaged or wrong item was shipped during the order process within 7 days.

Following are the shipping charges that the customer has to pay for returning/exchanging the order:

• Shipment charges inside UAE would be 30 AED, and 50 AED within specific areas.
• The shipment charges have to be paid Online (credit/debit card)

CANCELATION POLICY

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 24 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
